TP-Link has introduced the Tapo H110 Smart IR & IoT Hub, a compact connectivity solution designed to bring conventional infrared-controlled appliances into the smart home ecosystem. Supporting 18 device types and more than 8,000 brands, the hub enables users to manage a wide range of appliances, including older models, through a single platform.
The Tapo H110 supports voice control via Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant, along with remote access through the Tapo app, custom scheduling and GPS-based location control. Its Matter-certified connection centre also allows compatible IR appliances and Tapo sensors to integrate with the Matter ecosystem, while Tapo Smart Actions enables coordinated automation across connected devices.
Designed for easy setup, the H110 simplifies appliance pairing through the Tapo app and also supports local offline control, allowing users to operate connected devices over the same local network even when the external internet connection is unavailable.
