Devialet has unveiled the latest edition of its Phantom Ultimate 98 dB, bringing a refreshed visual identity to its high-performance wireless speaker. The new Pulse Blue version features streamlined side panels finished in a reactive gloss, replacing the previous matte treatment with a mirror-like surface inspired by precision bodywork and the visual language of Formula 1®.
At the heart of the speaker is Devialet’s next-generation ADH® (Analog Digital Hybrid) technology, which combines analogue amplification with digital processing to deliver high-resolution sound while reducing power consumption. The system supports frequencies up to 25 kHz.
For consistent performance across different listening levels, Adaptive Volume Level (AVL) uses real-time dynamic equalisation to maintain a balanced sound profile, preserving detail across everything from high-impact action sequences to quieter dialogue.
The Phantom Ultimate 98 dB also incorporates SAM® (Speaker Active Matching), Devialet’s signal-processing technology that continuously adapts to transient and steady-state signals. This is designed to improve phase and amplitude accuracy during playback.
With a frequency response ranging from 18 Hz to 25 kHz, the new Pulse Blue edition combines Devialet’s acoustic engineering with a more expressive finish, adding a distinctive visual statement to the Phantom Ultimate range.
