Technogym has unveiled Technogym Checkup, an AI-powered assessment station designed to deliver highly personalised fitness programs by evaluating users’ physical, functional, and cognitive parameters.
Leveraging trillions of data points collected over 30 years through the Mywellness Open Platform, the new solution uses artificial intelligence to assess body composition, strength, balance, mobility, and cognitive abilities. After users log in through the Technogym App, the collected data is analysed by the Technogym AI Coach, which generates a tailored Precision Training program based on individual goals, conditions, and performance.
Integrated within the Technogym Ecosystem, the personalised training program is accessible across multiple environments, including gyms, homes, hotels, workplaces, and healthcare facilities. The ecosystem also enables AI-powered Biostrength and Biocardio equipment to automatically adapt workouts as users progress, while allowing them to monitor their performance through the Technogym App.
A key feature of Technogym Checkup is its ability to calculate a user’s Wellness Age—an indicator of their physical and functional condition. As users continue with their personalised training, the AI continuously refines the program to help improve overall fitness and reduce their Wellness Age over time.
Alongside the new assessment station, Technogym has also introduced the Sand Stone Collection, a nature-inspired design finish that brings a cohesive aesthetic across its wellness portfolio, including Technogym Checkup, Artis Cardio, Artis Strength, Biostrength, Personal Tools, and Technogym Reform.
