JUNG has unveiled the latest version of its powerful KNX DALI-2 Gateway, delivering next-generation control and monitoring of lighting systems across smart buildings. Designed to act as a seamless interface between KNX and DALI, the new gateway is ideal for dynamic and energy-efficient lighting management in residential, commercial, and exhibition spaces.
Now available in updated V2 firmware, the JUNG KNX DALI-2 Gateway offers multi-master capability and supports integration with a wide range of DALI-2 compliant sensors. This includes push-button and rotary controllers, presence detectors, and light sensors, enabling greater flexibility and responsiveness in lighting control. With the ability to act as both a KNX controller and responder, the gateway supports bi-directional communication, allowing DALI sensors to directly control KNX installations.
The product is available in 1-gang and 2-gang variants, enabling switching and dimming of up to 64 luminaires on one or two DALI channels. Whether controlling individual fixtures or entire groups, the system offers both broadcast and targeted control via KNX communication objects.

The latest firmware update introduces compatibility with multi-master capable JUNG rotary control devices, enhancing user convenience and system versatility. Third-party DALI sensors can also be integrated, and logic functions from other KNX Secure devices can be transferred seamlessly.

The Device Configuration App (DCA) streamlines commissioning, while real-time status monitoring simplifies maintenance and updates. With updatable firmware, the gateway remains adaptable to future standards and evolving project needs.
