CES 2022 Kicks-Off, Overcoming The Uncertainties And Challenges Imposed By The Pandemic.

Despite the increasing COVID-19 cases, worldwide, due to the Omicron variant, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022 has started with a wallop, today, in Las Vegas, as planned, and is witnessing huge success with over 2200 exhibitors and 159 countries participating from all over the globe. The show is scheduled to go on till the 8th of January 2022. The event is accentuated by a plethora of notable announcements, being made by the giant companies, which chose the event as a platform to launch their latest innovations. 

Samsung has unveiled its all-new Freestyle lightweight projector, an ultraportable smart TV projector, devised to add some fun element to the traditional projector and take the home theatre experience to a different level. “The Freestyle is a one-of-a-kind projector geared toward ultimate versatility and flexibility to meet the consumers changing lifestyle. Without the limitation in space and form factor, The Freestyle is a fun and versatile device that can be used in any way consumers prefer”, stated Simon Sung, executive vice president, head of the sales and marketing team, for the visual display business at Samsung Electronics. Coway, the life solution providing company from Korea, has introduced its latest environmental home appliance innovations. The company is showcasing its all-new mattresses, water purifiers, air purifiers and bidets. “Globally, we are all spending more time in our homes than ever. This has only reinvigorated our dedication to making every consumers’ home a healthy sanctuary of relaxation and wellness. We believe our latest sleep, water and air care products do just that at the pinnacle of design and self-care“, said Kevin Shim, the head of marketing, Coway, USA. 

Abode is expanding its line of smart home devices by announcing two new additions to its existing line-up. Also, TP-Link is enhancing its portfolio of smart home security solutions by launching four smart cameras, two security sensors and a smart home security hub. The recently introduced devices are aimed mainly at the North American market. Several new updates to Belkin’s HomeKit-compatible Wemo line, including an all-new HomeKit Secure Video smart doorbell, are unveiled by the company.
