The Epson EH-LS800B and EH-LS800W super-ultra-short-throw projectors have won an iF Design Award 2023. The company says the projector has been designed to “blend naturally into a living room”, featuring textural lines and a metallic finish to mimic a regular piece of furniture. Launched last year, the 4K PRO-UHD projector can throw an 80-in (~203 cm) image when the gadget is placed 2.5 cm (~1-in) from the wall.

The maximum recommended image size for the Epson EpiqVision LS800 is 150-in (~381 cm), and a 3LCD laser light source provides up to 4,000 lumens brightness. The device has a 2,500,000:1 contrast ratio and a built-in 2.1 channel Yamaha speaker system. Yamaha’s FR-Port, DSP, and AudioEngine technologies also provide an enhanced audio experience. You can perfect the image with auto-correction tools, and the Epson Setting Assistant app can help you set up the device quickly. The projector runs on Android TV, allowing you to stream content from services like Amazon Prime and YouTube.
